From 3.99 CGPA to Full Stack Developer: My Journey

The Beginning

My name is Md. Arif Mia, and I grew up in Bogura with a simple dream: to build things that live on the internet. Today, I work as a Full Stack Developer at Supreme Solutions, a subsidiary of Supreme Supports Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia). My journey wasn’t glamorous—but it was filled with discipline, consistency, and a deep love for learning.

Early Foundations

I completed my SSC from Kocha Shahar High School with a GPA of 4.89, choosing the Science group because I was always curious about how things work.
Later, I enrolled in the Diploma in Engineering (Computer Technology) at VTTI Bogura. This was the turning point of my life.

I finished my diploma with a CGPA of 3.99 out of 4.00, securing 2nd position nationwide under BTEB. Every semester required effort, but consistency paid off:

  • 1st – 3rd: 4.00

  • 4th: 4.00

  • 5th: 3.93

  • 6th: 4.00

  • 7th: 4.00

  • 8th: 3.99

These years didn’t just teach me technology—they taught me discipline.

Starting My Career

Before becoming a developer, I worked as a Tele-Consultation Specialist at the Bangladesh National Call Center 333 during the COVID-19 pandemic. I helped thousands of citizens with emergency food assistance and learned the value of serving people during the hardest moments.

In December 2023, I joined Supreme Solutions as a Junior Software Developer.
I analyzed user needs, built web and mobile applications, and learned real-world development under pressure and deadlines.

Two years later, in November 2025, I was promoted to Full Stack Developer—a milestone that reflects my dedication and the trust my team placed in me.

Learning never stopped.

I completed Programming Hero Web Development (Level 1 & Level 2), ranked in the Top 5%, and mastered advanced full stack technologies.

In 2025, I enrolled in CS Fundamentals with Phitron, scoring above 96% across all modules (C, C++ DSA, Basic Data Structures).

I also completed 15+ government-certified courses from Muktopaath, including:

  • Graphics Design

  • Digital Security

  • Public Speaking

  • Content Creation

  • Office Applications

My teachers described me as someone with good moral character, disciplined, and never involved in any disruptive activities.

Why I Keep Moving Forward

My journey from a small town to international remote work shaped who I am today:
